In this role you’ll train Team Members, participate in reports, and uphold safety while delivering top-tier guest service. A Management Accreditation Program path offers advancement toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager.

The position requires flexible hours, strong English communication, and a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program.
• Basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for roles handling alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre safety and cleanliness across areas.
