Cinemark is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations in Fort Collins. You’ll be cross-trained across departments to support daily functions and drive customer satisfaction.

The role leads by example, coaching team members, ensuring adherence to policies, and guiding operational standards. Growth paths include senior assistant manager and theatre manager after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certifications as required.
• Management members who work with alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills; strong communication.
• Must be able to converse in and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff as needed.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, and equipment condition.
• Ensure Team Members follow the dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Resolve employee relations issues in line with policy and reporting protocols.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and security standards across all departments.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
