Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations, support the General Manager, and lead staff across departments. You will train employees, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers pathways to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark's Management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain local/state certifications as required.
• Alcohol service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude delivering guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong communication with diverse guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members.
• Prepares admin and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and equipment and notes repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance and guest service excellence.
• Interacts with guests to enhance service quality.
• Adheres to Cinemark policies and guidelines.
• Enforces conduct standards and reports issues to the GM.
• Maintains safety, security, and PPE usage.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
