Cinemark in Boca Raton is seeking a Team Member to welcome guests, assist with box office, concessions, and usher duties as needed. You will learn theater operations and help ensure a heroic guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and general theatre information.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of theatres and common areas.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned.
