Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to welcome Guests, assist with ticketing and concessions, and share information about showtimes and events. You will work across roles as needed to ensure a heroic guest experience in a fast-paced cinema environment.

The position requires energy, reliability, and a friendly attitude, with opportunities for cross-functional growth within the theater team. Flexible hours and weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and general theatre information.
• Keeps theatre property clean and sanitized; maintains safety.
