Job summary

The role emphasizes ownership, communication, and accountability to deliver a high-quality guest experience. The position requires at least 6 months of supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with common office software and theatre systems.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus are required.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure that associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
• Support a safe, respectful, and accountable environment by addressing concerns promptly.
