Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor, Theater Operations to lead day-to-day show operations and guest experiences in our live entertainment venues. You will oversee staff, coordinate event schedules, ensure safety and adherence to policies, and collaborate with departments to deliver Best in Class service for performers and guests.

Responsibilities include supervising set-ups, communicating daily run of show, and managing incidents with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of live events experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day theater operations and supervise on-duty team during shows and events.
• Coordinate venue schedules, seating, ingress, and front-of-house activities to ensure best-in-class service.
• Enforce safety regulations, policies, and security protocols; liaise with Public Safety and venue staff.
• Manage vendors, supplies, and set-up for performances and events; monitor incident response.
• Provide daily run-of-show communications and support for artists, guests, and staff.
