Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Manager, Production within the Event Center Entertainment Department. This role leads on-site and off-site events, directing Audio, Visual and Lighting teams to ensure flawless execution of enterprise events.

The candidate should champion tribal goals, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and manage a high volume of events annually. Knowledge of advanced production equipment and CAD/blueprint reading is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Audio Visual Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day of show manager for all site audio/visual projects.
• Plan and coordinate events with IT, Facilities, Fire and Casino Marketing.
• Manage AV technicians, crew staff and contractors to execute events on time and within budget.
• Oversee AV equipment maintenance, inventory, and asset management.
• Assist in budget and vendor bid processes to ensure competitive pricing.
