Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor, Theater Operations to guide day-to-day shows and events, ensuring Best in Class guest experiences and smooth operations.

Under the direction of the Manager, Theater Operations, you will coordinate front‑of‑house set ups, manage vendors, and collaborate with Marketing to promote events while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in live events environment; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to delegate and build team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations during events; assign staff to meet event needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, tour management, and contractors; provide data and seating/inventory details as needed.
• Lead communication for daily show runs, security protocols, and VIP coordination; collaborate with Marketing for promotions.
