Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and local health permits when required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for team members who work with alcohol.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Able to communicate in English with customers and team.
• Team player capable of independent work.
• Demonstrates urgency and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Brings passion for food with energetic attitude daily.
• Prepares items for line per recipes and portion controls.
• Follows daily prep lists.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products.
• Minimizes waste and ensures safety and sanitation.
• Cleans preparation area and equipment after use.
• Communicates well with team to deliver memorable guest dining.
• Maintains professional Cinemark culinary attire.
• Assures SOPs, preventive maintenance, safety, sanitation.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Uses PPE as required.
• Adapts to cleaning task frequency/scope.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
