Cinemark is seeking a Line Cook to support our theater kitchen, preparing items from approved recipes in a fast-paced setting to deliver fresh, great-tasting food for moviegoers.

You’ll work with servers to ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and follow health and safety standards. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; a positive, energetic team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for roles involving alcohol.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items per recipes and portion controls.
• Follows daily prep lists and maintains sanitation and storage.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Opens or closes a workstation according to schedule.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety per health regulations.
