Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Support team member to assist with line prep, quick-service food items, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will follow approved recipes, portion controls, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced cinema kitchen.

You will work with a fun, energetic team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to ongoing culinary growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local/state health certifications.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Works well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Brings a passion for food and an energetic attitude daily.
• Prepares all items for line according to recipes and portion controls.
• Follows prep lists and maintains cleanliness and proper storage.
• Maintains food safety policies to minimize waste and theft.
• Communicates with team members to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Adheres to Cinemark culinary attire and SOPs.
• Uses PPE and adapts to cleaning tasks as required.
• Monitors safety and reports issues to management.
