Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Support teammate to join our theater operations. You will help prepare line items per recipes, support nightly prep, and maintain cleanliness and safety to ensure a memorable Guest experience.

We value high energy, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. You’ll grow with the culinary team and contribute to exciting service in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training program for teams that handle alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities.
• Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Brings passion for food and energetic attitude daily.
• Prepares all required items for line per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows and executes prep lists daily.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products per health and safety regulations.
• Maintains policies and procedures to minimize food waste and ensure proper storage and safety.
• Cleans food preparation area and equipment after each use.
