Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for team members who work with alcohol.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Brings energy and a positive attitude daily.
• Prepares items for line according to recipes and portion controls.
• Adheres to prep lists and maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food.
• Minimizes waste, theft and ensures proper food storage and safety compliance.
• Cleans work areas and equipment after use; maintains sanitation standards.
• Communicates effectively with team to ensure a memorable guest dining experience.
• Maintains professional appearance and Cinemark culinary attire.
• Follows SOPs, safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Maintains high-contact area cleanliness and sanitization.
• Reports safety or security issues to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
