Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain facilities inside and outside the theater before, during, and after performances.
• Sell single tickets and subscriptions using Tessitura.
• Provide information to patrons on times, seating, and policies.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and deposits with the University Cashier.
• Supervise work-study students and volunteers.
