Regal is seeking Floor Staff for our Laurel-area theatres to provide exceptional guest service as Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. The position emphasizes regular attendance, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to dress code while delivering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualificações

• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations when called upon.
• General cleaning duties to maintain theatre cleanliness.
• Compliance with company dress code policies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the Box Office POS system and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing experiences.
• Ensure tickets are sold per MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Assist with concessions: stock, cash handling, and equipment upkeep.
• Direct patrons, manage crowd flow, and enforce safety inside theatres.
