Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Positions are variable hour, part-time fixed, or part-time regular, with emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service and upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include operating POS, promoting Regal Crown Club, ensuring MPAA compliance, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with seating.

Qualifications

• Public speaking, listening, and responding clearly to guests.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Read and understand training materials including harassment and discrimination topics.
• Read and interpret MPAA ratings and ensure compliance.
• Complete cast certification and box office training as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and handle cash/credit responsibly.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing options.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Perform concession duties: stock, cash handling, and equipment upkeep.
• Direct guests to seating, tear tickets, and assist with safety and security.
