Job summary

Regal is looking for Floor Staff to join our cinema team. Depending on needs, roles may be in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher, with flexible hourly schedules including variable hour, part-time, or full-time positions.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage cash and POS transactions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure adherence to MPAA ratings and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS, handle cash, cards, and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and assist guests in finding seats.
• Enforce MPAA ratings and Regal policies across areas (Box Office, Concession, Usher).
• Attend to breaks and alcohol-service requirements where applicable.
