Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise hourly staff, ensure high service standards.
• Administrative Duties: inventory control, menus, shop operations, opening/closing procedures.
• Food Service Duties: maintain food safety, sanitation, and license compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for private events and show schedules.
