Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Reports maintenance and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Enforces company policies and dress code.
• Supports all theatre departments as needed.
