Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role involves cross-training across departments, supporting the General Manager, and upholding policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will be 18+, have a high school education (or GED), and complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (three basic courses).
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support decisions.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper dress code across the theatre.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Enjoy consistent teamwork and uphold Cinemark policies.
