Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre. They are cross trained in all departments to support where needed, and to provide inspirational training to all Employees.

The Assistant Manager can become a Senior Assistant Manager followed by Theatre Manager or General Manager after finishing the Management Accreditation Program and working for a minimum of six months. They follow the General Manager's direction, work with staff to ensure high standards, train team

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager
• Supports decisions in communication with staff
• Responsible for working in all departments and theatre functions
• Trains and coaches Team Members
• Prepares administrative and special reports
• Monitors theatre building, grounds, and equipment condition
• Ensures staff adhere to dress code and safety procedures
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service
