Job summary

Garver Engineering is seeking a Texas Squad Leader for its Water Infrastructure - Modeling, Analytics and Planning (WI-MAP) Team. This role involves supervising engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring project quality across Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning.
• At least 2 years in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Experience mentoring and supervising engineering staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for projects.
• Monitor workload and assign project responsibilities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of hydraulic models and plans.
