You will drive growth, manage scope, delivery, and commercial performance, and lead capture efforts for priority pursuits with senior leadership involvement.

The role emphasizes strategic development, client outreach, and building a robust pipeline while ensuring project execution aligns with safety, quality, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively, orally and in writing with Government and senior personnel.
• Project scheduling and coordination across interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules and scope for transportation projects in Texas.
• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans and QA/QC documentation.
