DCCM Infrastructure Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager and Transportation Practice Leader to shape Central Texas transportation initiatives. You will lead complex public-sector projects, cultivate client relationships, and mentor upcoming leaders while driving strategic growth across the region.

Ideal candidates bring deep TxDOT schematic design expertise, proven business development success, and a passion for developing people and high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• PE license in Texas
• 15+ years in transportation projects
• Experience with TxDOT, counties, MPOs
• Leadership and BD experience
• Relocation to/residence in Austin/Central Texas

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects from planning through construction support.
• Oversee delivery with public-sector clients across Central Texas.
• Grow client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop project managers and engineers.
• Represent the firm at industry events and engage stakeholders.
