Woolpert seeks a Program Director to advance its Water Group in Texas, driving growth, client relationships, and service excellence. The role encompasses leadership in water resources, stormwater and master planning, with nationwide involvement.

You will develop strategic growth plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff while representing Woolpert at industry events and pursuing new market opportunities.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in the water industry.
• Proven success in business development, capture management, and client relationship management.
• Experience supporting water-related projects and programs for Texas state and local agencies.
• Proven ability to develop strategic growth plans and execute market expansion initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development initiatives to expand Woolpert's Water practice in Texas and support national growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal, state, federal, and private-sector clients.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new water resources opportunities including stormwater, groundwater, and master planning.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams; foster collaboration and excellence.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Represent Woolpert at industry events and conferences.
• Promote innovative technologies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Support thought leadership and market positioning initiatives.
• Work across business units to deliver integrated client solutions.
