You will liaise with the Texas DMV, ensure accuracy of funds, and maintain detailed records of all title transactions. The position emphasizes timely reporting to management on missing titles and uncollected funds, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in checking documents for errors.
• Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Proficiency: Experience with data entry and dealership software (like Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred.
• Communication: Clear communication for internal staff and sometimes customers.
• Must stay current on TxDMV regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process Titles & Registrations: Handle all paperwork for vehicle ownership transfer, including applications and license plates, for new, used, and wholesale vehicles.
• DMV Liaison: Submit legal transfer documents to the Texas DMV and ensure filings comply with state regulations.
• Document Accuracy: Verify customer information, funds collected, and lienholder payoffs are correct before processing.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all title and registration transactions and outstanding work.
• Reporting: Provide monthly reports to management on missing titles and uncollected funds.
