You will lead project management and field erection teams, manage budgets and profitability, oversee multiple projects from award through completion, and support estimating and negotiations. This is an opportunity to drive growth and build a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction or structural-steel experience.
• 10+ years in operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of structural-steel fabrication and erection.
• Experience managing project and field operations.
• P&L, budgeting and forecasting responsibility.
• Commercial mindset with experience developing customer relationships.
• Ability to lead several complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and field erection teams.
• Take responsibility for divisional budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Oversee multiple structural-steel projects from award through completion.
• Support estimating, preconstruction and contract negotiations.
• Develop client relationships and help secure new business.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, change orders and commercial risk.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing operational team.
• Ensure every project meets the required safety, quality and delivery standards.
