Qualifications

• Operates standard office equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute documents requiring Attorney signature for TX post judgment inventory.
• Communicate with Post Judgment Attorney Manager and clients on case details.
• Assist in responding to post judgment client audits.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analyze issues.
• Assess probable outcomes using precedents.
• Prepare and file legal documents.
• Oversee support staff and manage workflow as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from staff on post judgment accounts; maintain job aids.
