Qualifications

Requires JD from ABA-accredited program
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Demonstrated case analysis with settlement skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong online research skills

Responsibilities

Review and execute documents requiring Attorney sign-off for TX post-judgment inventory
Communicate with Post Judgment Attorney Manager and clients
Assist in responding to post-judgment components of client audits
Monitor applicable rules, regulations, statutes, and case law
Conduct research and analyze legal problems
Analyze probable outcomes using legal precedents
Prepare and file legal documents
Oversee support staff and manage workflow
Respond to inquiries from collection/legal staff and maintain job aides
