You will review documents, communicate with case managers, monitor rules, perform legal research, and prepare filings while supervising staff and supporting client audits.

Qualifications

• ABA-accredited law degree and JD required.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
• Proven case analysis with a track record of settlement skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and online legal research.
• Strong written and oral communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign documents for TX post-judgment inventory.
• Communicate with Post Judgment Attorney Manager and clients.
• Assist in responding to post-judgment audit components.
• Monitor applicable rules, statutes, and case law.
• Research and analyze legal problems.
• Assess probable outcomes using precedents.
• Prepare and file legal documents.
• Oversee support staff and manage workflow.
• Respond to inquiries from staff on post-judgment accounts.
