Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a Sales District Manager to drive revenue growth, manage dealer networks, and own customer relationships across the assigned territory. You will oversee an external field sales firm while ensuring alignment with Radionix sales strategy and KPIs.

The role requires travel 50-70% and a strong technical background to support system designs, demonstrations, and partner engagement. Competitive base salary plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales in security or IoT sectors.
• Willing to travel 50-70% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow direct territories by building dealer and distributor relationships.
• Identify and close new business opportunities in intrusion and access control.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and revenue attainment.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and solution design collaboration.
• Support partner progression and strategic accounts.
• Track KPI performance and maintain CRM data.
• Represent Radionix at industry events and customer engagements.
