Job summary

Keenfinity Group in the United States seeks a Sales District Manager to drive revenue growth in a defined territory. You will own direct sales to dealers, distributors, integrators, A&Es, and end users, while overseeing an external field sales firm.

You will manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track KPIs, coordinating with Training, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales. Travel 50–70% within the region; base salary plus commission with an OTE of $150,000–$200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field sales, preferably in security products or related markets.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own direct territories and grow dealer, distributor, integrator, and end-user relationships.
• Drive revenue growth and cross-sell across the Radionix portfolio within the assigned region.
• Forecast pipeline, manage CRM, and report regional performance to leadership.
• Provide pre-sales support and coordinate with regional teams on product education, demonstrations, and installations.
• Represent Keenfinity at trade shows, events, and customer engagements.
