Nationwide is seeking a Program Director for Retirement Solutions to lead a team of Retirement Specialists in Texas, driving retention, expansion, and new business within frontline government/public sector accounts.

You'll implement strategic plans, manage sales performance, and develop relationships with plan sponsors, while aligning with Nationwide's values and geographic salary framework. Travel within territory required; remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 26 licenses required; other designations preferred.
• Five years of sales experience in financial services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads a remote team of Retirement Specialists to manage and grow assigned cases.
• Identifies new prospective cases and uses consultative sales to acquire new business within Texas.
• Drives sales performance and continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
