Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Program Director - Retirement Solutions to lead a team of Retirement Specialists across the Northeast, focusing on New Jersey, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania (excluding Philadelphia). The role combines strategic sales leadership with relationship management to expand plan services and drive retention.

You will partner with corporate teams to enhance client experience, deliver annual plans, and engage with plan sponsors in high-stakes environments.

Competenze

• Five years of sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
• Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 26 licenses required; Series 63 and 65 may be required.
• Financial services designations also preferred, e.g., CFP, ChFC, CRC, CRA.

Mansioni

• Leads a team of Retirement Specialists and is accountable for sales results within the territory.
• Develops and implements annual marketing plans for the territory balancing client needs and Nationwide objectives.
• Identifies decision makers and builds relationships at all management levels within cases.
• Drives retention and growth by proactive relationship management and strategic account development.
• Travels within assigned territory; may work from home and requires a valid driver's license.
