Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• FINRA licenses required: Series 6 and 26; Series 63/65 may be required. Financial services designations also preferred (e.g., CFP, ChFC).
• Five years of sales experience, preferably in financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Leads a remote team of Retirement Specialists to expand and retain relationships with assigned cases.
• Develops and implements annual marketing plans for the territory.
• Identifies decision makers and engages at all management levels within cases.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and drives growth objectives.
