Job summary

Distributor Wire & Cable is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts across Texas along the I-35 corridor and West Texas. You will build long-term relationships with distributors and manufacturers, deliver on sales targets, and collaborate with marketing to strengthen the DWC brand.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 75%), base salary around $40,000 with uncapped commission, and an on-going path to significant OTE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience; experience in electrical wire and cable industry preferred.
• Based in either DFW or West Texas is ideal.
• Strong ability to develop long-term customer relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals for orders and gross profit by expanding accounts.
• Travel to customers and develop relationships; cover Texas I-35 corridor and West Texas.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote brand to distribution partners.
• Create and maintain strategic travel schedule to cover region.
• Develop and execute tactical market plans and report on activities.
