Place Network Agents in Richardson, TX is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join THE Weast Group powered by PLACE. You’ll learn from the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America and gain access to proven models, systems, tools, coaching and accountability designed to fuel success.

You’ll earn through a commission-based structure with opportunities for revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting and investing as you grow your business within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with active license.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, sign buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead gen to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Participate in team activities
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and listing services

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$70,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
