The Weast Group powered by PLACE is growing and seeks a motivated Real Estate Agent to join a top-tier North American team. You will access proven models, systems, tools, coaching, and accountability that help you succeed, with earnings through revenue share and benefits as you grow.

Grow with a collaborative team that values persistence, client focus and results. You’ll graduate from PLACE Launch, execute lead-gen systems weekly and guide buyers and sellers through the market.

Formación

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Willingness to learn scripts and attend weekly coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
