Place Network Agents in Richardson, TX is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join THE Weast Group powered by PLACE. You’ll earn through a commission-based structure with opportunities for revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting and investing as you grow your business within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with active license.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, sign buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead gen to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Participate in team activities
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and listing services
