Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Account Director to be the single point of accountability for the Texas Private Cloud contract with DIR. You will lead service delivery, billing, and relationship management, acting as the primary Peraton face to DIR leadership in a complex multi-vendor IT environment.

The role requires relocation or residence in the Austin, TX area, with a target salary range of $135,000–$216,000 and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

16 years of experience in related roles, with possible management experience.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage DIR leadership.
Proven track record managing large public-sector IT contracts.
Demonstrated ability to drive service delivery and billing success.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of accountability for the Services.
Be the primary contact for all DIR communications concerning the Agreement.
Exercise authority to act on behalf of Peraton in day-to-day matters.
Oversee service delivery, billing, and relationship management.
Ensure DIR customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.
Lead executive-facing relationships and coordinate cross-vendor IT environments.
