Job summary

Peraton seeks an Account Director (TX DIR) to lead the Texas Private Cloud contract for DIR, serving as the executive face for DIR and owning service delivery, billing and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 16 years experience, 10+ years in large government IT contracts, US Citizenship, and relocation to the Austin area. You will manage SLAs, multi-vendor environments, and drive contract performance while maintaining strong relationships with DIR leadership.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience, may have management experience.
• 10+ years managing large-scale government IT contracts ($50M+ per year).
• Experience as Account Director/Program Director or equivalent on Texas/state government IT contracts.
• Single point of accountability in complex multi-vendor IT environments.
• Executive-facing representation to DIR leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing SLA performance and customer satisfaction in complex programs.
• Ability to manage day-to-day service delivery, billing, client relationships, and contractual performance.
• Strong communication, leadership, relationship-management, and executive stakeholder-management.
• Ability to represent Peraton with senior government executives.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the Services.
• Be the single point of contact for all DIR communications about the Agreement.
• Have authority to act on behalf of Peraton in day-to-day matters.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, billing, and relationship management.
• Ensure DIR customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.
