Leading Food Distribution Company in Texas is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and inspire a sales team of 5–6. You will split time 50/50 between team management and outside sales, directly driving revenue and developing staff.

As you build the team, responsibilities will shift toward an 80/20 split, focusing more on higher-level management and strategic leadership in an on-site role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in the food industry preferred.
• Bilingual in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high responsibility and flexibility.
• Background in sales or distribution industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a sales team of 5–6 individuals, focusing on development and performance.
• Actively manage key accounts and drive revenue growth within the food distribution sector.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, resolving problems calmly and professionally.
• Balance direct sales with people management, adapting to branch and team needs.
