Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a multi-shift team of hourly associates in our Texas facility. You will set daily production goals, monitor performance, and drive safety and quality across the operation.

You’ll coach and develop team members, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage resources to meet department objectives during high-volume periods. Strong leadership and logistics knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of three (3) years in a multi-shift distribution center experience.
• Education : Some college is preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach a team of 15 to 60 hourly team members.
• Establish daily production goals and monitor intraday performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify problems and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and monitor production standards and develop programs to improve operations.
• Assist in training team members on distribution processes and equipment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop best practices.
