Job summary

NukuDo is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers across the business to understand needs and build effective recruiting strategies.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking; conduct HR and technical interviews; and own the ATS to keep pipeline and documentation accurate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical or high-growth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative channels.

• Manage candidate communication and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help us attract exceptional talent for our growing organization.
