PLANIT Group is seeking a recruiter to support our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team in Fort Worth, TX. This contract role offers on-site work with 100% remote flexibility to fit business needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities include sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, managing referrals, contacting candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to support the end-to-end hiring process in a high-volume environment.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering & Technology TA team with hiring surge.
• Source for hard-to-fill positions and mine talent from ATS.
• Contact candidates and partner with hiring managers.
• Assist with hiring events and manage workload with full lifecycle recruiting support.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools as needed.
