Job summary

Fairway, a high-growth AI software company modernizing the automotive titling and registration workflow, is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to sell to dealerships starting in Texas. You will prospect, run discovery, deliver demos, and close with General Managers, Controllers, and Dealer Principals.

This is a rooftop-level seat with short cycles: you own a territory end-to-end, build pipeline, and move deals to closure while navigating dealer networks and regional events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B software sales
• Proven self-sourcing pipeline and closing new logos
• Willingness to travel within Texas for onsite meetings and dealer events
• Must live within a reasonable commute of a major airport hub

Responsibilities

• Own a territory end-to-end: build pipeline, run discovery and demos, negotiate, and close new dealership accounts.
• Run a repeatable process: show a store its own numbers, then let the product close.
• Work the Texas dealer network: rooftops, dealer groups, and the events, associations, and vendor relationships that get you in the door.
• Hand off cleanly: partner with our Deployment Lead so every signed store goes live fast and expands.
• Feed the machine: bring back what you hear from GMs and title clerks so product, marketing, and the playbook get sharper every month.
