Car Wars in Dallas is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across the U.S. in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will own the sales cycle, build genuine dealer relationships, and guide prospects through a consultative process to close deals on our AI-powered platform.

This role rewards relationship-driven sales, with uncapped commissions and fast-moving cycles. A background in automotive sales or related tech is a strong plus, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B sales track record with outbound skills.
• Experience selling to automotive dealerships or enterprise buyers is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling approach and ability to uncover client needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with leadership.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience matters more.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new dealership relationships nationwide.
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to contract and onboarding.
• Deliver compelling, consultative presentations connecting tech to dealer goals.
• Stay current on product suite and position each solution effectively.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Product, and Support to ensure client success.
• Manage a robust pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly targets.
