Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to drive CFOLC's Texas chapters in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. You will attend and lead programs, link with Marketing and Operations, and grow membership with renewals and new members.

Travel to onsite chapter meetings once a month is expected; candidates from Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio areas are preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or communications (or commensurate experience).
• 7+ years in management, customer service/client services, sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible and multitask.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage expectations of different sets of clients while ensuring meetings are produced with value and professionalism.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work as a team player.
• Comfort managing day-to-day business autonomously and making quick, sound decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
• Ability to travel to onsite chapter meetings approximately once a month.
• Candidates should be located a commutable distance from some or all of Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
• Willingness and ability to travel to onsite chapter meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and development of CFOLC's Texas chapters in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
• Attend and lead programs, socials, and advisory board meetings.
• Support content creation for financial-leader audiences and develop engaging chapter meetings.
• Work with central Marketing and Operations teams to ensure promotions, events, and other activities meet appropriate metrics.
• Grow membership by supporting renewal efforts and identifying and recruiting new members.
• Maintain local chapter sponsors and drive sponsor growth through renewals, identification, and recruitment.
• Support and drive attendance to national conferences.
