Job summary

AECOM is seeking a full-time Lead Texas CEI Sr. Project Manager to be based in Austin, TX. This role focuses on growing the CEI market in Texas while performing PM duties as needed.

Responsibilities include leading business development, coordinating with TxDOT and other agencies, and guiding CEI project teams to deliver high-quality transportation projects. Strong leadership and TX licensure are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership.
• US Citizenship required; valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a CEI business plan with scalable milestones and grow the Texas market.
• Lead the internal AECOM CEI team in the region and identify strategic partners.
• Identify teaming opportunities and preposition for upcoming RFPs; lead proposals and interviews.
• Assist with marketing and proposal development across Texas CEI teams; maintain client contacts and determine future work.
• Develop staff, meet KPI targets (90+% billability) and ensure timely client billing; perform CEI PM duties.
